Preparing your interview.

  • Don't ask close questions

  1. What is the worst accident you have had?
  2. Where was this?
  3. When was this?
  4. Why did this happen?
  5. How old were you when this happened?
What went well?
When I was interviewing I stayed quiet throughout. I also used follow up questions to show I was listening. I also remembered most of the questions i needed to ask. When I was being interviewed I tried to answer in full sentences.

How can i improve?
I can improve interviewing people by remembering all of the the questions i need to ask them. When people are interviewing me I need to improve by answering in longer sentences.
